Install the app and get started... After entering your starting point and destination, as well as any other desired services, you will automatically and conveniently receive your estimated fare before placing your order. Now track your vehicle on the map as it makes its way to you. To do this, select your order in the order list and select "Track vehicle"... Note: The distance is calculated via Google Maps. However, the final fare may vary depending on traffic conditions, e.g., roadworks or detours.

Item lost ... ?

... No problem!

Almost everyone loses something at some point, whether on the bus, train, or in our vehicles. In Koblenz alone, we record approximately 50 lost personal items each month, such as smartphones, laptops, handbags, and many other things from our vehicles. We keep these lost items from our vehicles at our headquarters for you for four weeks. Simply call us during this period to collect them. You will need to provide identification to prove ownership. If you do not collect the item, we transfer it to the Koblenz Lost and Found Office once a month, noting the date it was found. You can reach us as follows...
