When you create an order, you will have your travel time, travel costs, duration of the journey, distance, etc. calculated in advance and you can then decide. 31.08.2025 - Successful launch of our Charly's CityApp

Since the release of our new app on June 12, 2025, it has enjoyed ever-increasing popularity. We receive new registrations and orders daily. Charly's Citycar^® has thus taken the right path into the digital future! We thank all passengers for using our new service. Please write to us with any suggestions or feedback; we want to continually improve for you.

The riverbanks are closed to vehicles. Please call our headquarters at +49 261 33633 for transport requests. We will then work with you to find a solution for your transport needs. Or simply use our app and specify a pickup point outside the closed-off area. We wish you a pleasant evening, fantastic fireworks, and a safe journey home.

After entering your starting and destination points, as well as other desired services, you will receive your estimated fare automatically and conveniently before you place your order.

Now track your vehicle on the map on its way to you. To do so, select your order in the order list and select "Track vehicle"...

The route kilometers are calculated via Google. The final fare may vary depending on traffic conditions, e.g., due to construction or diversions.

Lost item... ?

... No problem! Almost everyone loses an item at some point, whether on the bus, train or in our vehicles. In Koblenz alone, we record around 50 lost personal items every month, such as smartphones, laptops, handbags and many other things in our vehicles.

We keep these lost items from our vehicles for you at our headquarters for 4 weeks. Just call us during this period to collect them. You will then need to be able to show your ID to prove your ownership.

If you do not collect them, we will transfer the lost items to the Koblenz city lost property office once a month, along with the date of the find. You can reach this office as follows...
